Copy/Paste Blocks Between Pages/Posts

Copy/paste one or more block #

  • Go to the three-line Block List View button on the top lefthand side of the screen.
  • Select the block(s) you want to copy.
  • Click on the three-dot button on the Block Toolbar.
  • Click on the “Copy block(s)” link.
  • Click on the black plus sign button, paste.

Copy/paste all blocks #

  • Go to the three-dot Page Editor Options button on the top righthand side of the screen.
  • Go to the bottom of the pop-up to “Tools”.
  • Click on the “Copy all blocks” link.
  • To paste within the same page/post, click on the black plus sign button, paste.
  • To paste to another page/post, navigate to that page/post, click on the black plus sign button, paste.
