How To Convert Posts to Blocks

< 1 min read

  • When the site has transitioned to using blocks, posts from the prior version of the site will have a “Classic” label on them.
  • To convert them to blocks, just click on the “Classic” label, and then click on the Convert to blocks button.
  • Choose also whether you like the Block Toolbar to be right above the block itself when you’re editing, or whether you like it at the top of the page editor.
  • If you have an HTML block, like the one below, after you convert a post to blocks, send me an email so that I can fix.
  • note — for more info on blocks go to this section.
